Nәtzârim Virtual Beit ha-Kәnësët
Praying Toward Virtual Yәrushâlayim
In Yәrushâlayim shel Malah (Above)

While the virtual world cannot orient in physical space to point to Yәrushâlayim like we do physically, Einstein's Theory (since demonstrated in practice) of Unification of timespace as an indivisible entity suggests an even more precise definition, so precise that it also applies even in the virtual world.

For example, Yәrushâlayim can be located on the globe or a map by latitude and longitude coordinates.

Yet, longitude is synonymous with an expression of time — the north-south slice of earth where the time is such-and-such (on a 24 hr. clock).

Add in the latitude (east-west coordinate) and you've specified a radial extending from the center of the earth through the specified location and outward in a straight line into space.

Our virtual Beit ha-Kәnësët thereby orients you (see below) toward Yәrushâlayim via this latitude + time orientation in timespace — perhaps we can say 'in Spirit.' (Physical Batei- K'neset and orientation for tephilot, of course, must continue to remain oriented toward Yәrushâlayim in the conventional, physical, sense also.)

Correct Yәrushâlayim Time Depends Upon
Correct Time Zone Setting In Your Computer

If you have set the Time Zone parameter in your computer correctly you may now project yourself in Spirit (your mind's eye) into our Beit ha-Kәnësët in Shәkhunat ha-Nәtzârim, over Yәrushâlayim shel Malah ("Jerusalem above").

Visualize the day, and time of day, indicated in our Yәrushâlayim Time clock, which describes the time right now in Yәrushâlayim. Lock in about 32 degrees north of the equator; and project yourself, and your tephilot, toward a point straight up from this radial going through earthly Yәrushâlayim into space — and you will be praying toward virtual Yәrushâlayim.

Check your computer settings, and the resulting time displayed by our Yәrushâlayim Time clock. GMT lags two hours behind Yәrushâlayim Universal Time (YUT) — e.g. when it is 0700 hrs. YUT it is only 0500 hrs. GMT. In non-winter months, daylight savings combines to produce a 3 hour lag. Thus, when it is 0700 hrs. Yәrushâlayim Daylight Time (YDT) it is only 0400 hrs. GMT. It is essential to note, however, that Yәrushâlayim, NOT Europe (London GMT or Paris Universal Time, UTC), is the center of the world; around which, time in the rest of the world should be related. Thus, it is imperative to wean world time perspective from GMT and UTC to YUT/YDT, which is the standard and center of the world's time. One must think in terms of GMT and UTC variance from YUT/YDT as the world standard, not the reverse.
