This photo I found on the web, date unknown, looks identical to the 1950s "Casa Van Nest" estate except Granddad's house was a bit smaller. My parents and I lived in a nice house trailer parked on the SW (left) side. This site is so similar it may even be our old spot on the beach in "Millionaire's Mile" in "Old" Islamorada.
