a•qa•beitzꞋ ; I will collect (fu. 1^st pers. sing. of קבץ).

לְנִקְבָּצָיו [Updated: 2011.11.23]

l^Əni•q^Əbâtz•âyvꞋ ; {to (be), for} collecting {his, of him} (participle of קבץ); i.e., "for his collecting."

לְ + נִקְבָּצָ + יו

These are in addition to "the strays of Yi•s^ә•râ•eilꞋ ," earlier in the verse. In other words, these are gentiles coming to Tor•âhꞋ  (made explicitly similar by the term עוד) – as earlier Sages (inter alia, Rash"i) also noted.

מְקַבֵּץ [Updated: 2011.11.23]

m^Əqa•beitzꞋ ; he (or who) is collecting; i.e., the one who is collecting (pres. m.s. of קבץ).
