Three times in the year every [one] of your males shall appear with é--ä, your Ël•oh•im, in the place that He shall choose: on Khag ha-Matz•ot, on Khag ha-Shâvu•ot and on Khag ha-Suk•ot; and he shall not appear with é--ä empty [handed]. (Dᵊvâr•im 16.16-17)

Greeting of the Season

The authentic Tei•mân•i greeting for every khag (which doesn't include the High Holy Days), from back in Yemen, is NOT the popular "khag sameiakh" (though the latter is what's generally heard around our Beit ha-Kᵊnësët), but rather:

The parashah for the special Shabat Pesakh (in the galut, the first day of two) is Shᵊmot 12.21-51.

The Maphtir for Shabat Pesakh is bᵊ-Midbar 28.19-25.

The Haphtarah (first day in the galut) is Yᵊhoshua ha-Navi Bin-Nun 5.2 — 6.1; 6.27.

Galut only — Second day:

The parashah for the special Shabat Pesakh is wa-Yiqra 22.26 — 23.44; bᵊ-Midbar 28.19-25.

The Haphtarat Teimanit is Mᵊlakhim Beit 22.1-7; 23.21-25 not the Sᵊpharadit and Ashkᵊnazit Mᵊlakhim Beit 23.1-9; 21-25.

At Dusk: Count the òîø

(Omër; sheaf). Each eve until Khag ha-Shavuot See wa-Yiq 23.10-11.
