בְּרָכוֹת הַהַבדָלָה לְמוֹצָאֵי שַׁבָּת

Also for מוֹצָאֵי Yōm Tōv (but not Yōm ha-Ki•pūrꞋim) that coincides with שַׁבָּת, and
מוֹצָאֵי שַׁבָּת during Khol ha-Mō•eidꞋ

Hold aloft the goblet of wine in your right hand while scrolling your tablet in your left hand with your thumb and recite Tᵊhil•imꞋ 116.13:

כּוֹס-יְשׁוּעוֹת אֶשָׂא, וּבְשֵׁם יְהוָׂה אֶקְרָא׃ 
הוֹדוּ לַ יְהוָׂה כִּי-טוֹב, כִּי לְעוֹלָם חַסְדּוׂ׃ 

The leader prompts: סַבְרֵי מָרָנַן

Everyone responds: לְחַיֵי:

The Wine

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָׂה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא פְּרִי הַגַּֽפֶן׃ 

The Fragrance

If you haven't memorized Ha•vᵊdãl•ãhꞋ, you'll have difficulty shifting the goblet to your left hand and continue to operate your tablet while you hold the fragrance aloft in your right hand as is customary. Best alternative until you've memorized it: set goblet down, then hold aloft the twig of myrtle leaves (or cinnamon) with your right hand while you recite:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָׂה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא עֳצֵי (or עִשְׂבֵי or מִינֵי) בְשָׂמִים׃ 

The Light

Until you've memorized Ha•vᵊdãl•ãhꞋ, set down the fragrance in order to look through your fingers at the oil-lamp (or candle) while you recite:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָׂה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, בּוֹרֵא מְאוֹרֵי הָאֵשׁ׃ 

הַבדָלָה

Now you can again hold-aloft the goblet in your right hand, as is customary, to invoke הַבדָלָה:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָׂה אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם, הַמַּבְדִּיל בֵּין קֹדֶשׁ לְחוֹל, וּבֵין אוֹר לַחֹשֶׁךְ, וּבֵין יִשְׂרָאֵל לַגּוֹיִים, וּבֵין יוֹם הַשְּׁבִיעִי לְשֵׁשֶׁת יְמֵי הַמַּעֳשֶׂה׃ 
בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה יְהוָׂה, הַמַּבְדִּיל בֵּין קֹדֶשׁ לְחוֹל׃ 

Everyone toasts "ShãvūꞋa tōv!" Then the reciter drinks the wine (or ti•rōshꞋ), after which the oil-lamp (or candle) is blown out.
