I've heard that the "Comprehensive Etymological Dictionary of the Hebrew language" is good as a starter in עברית, do you recommend that? Are you recommending the "Alcalay set" as the ראשון dictionary for someone starting out in עברית or the "Etymological Dictionary of Biblical Hebrew" as recommended in the ישראל mall as a start?

I just want you to know that I want to stop following my own eyes and heart, continuously grow out of Christianity toward יהדות, be fully reoriented and reborn in the תורה. Hopefully very soon I am going to order the NMH to understand the authentic teachings of ריבי יהושע and do the exercises that I can make an informed decision.

Klein's (Comprehensive Etymological Dictionary of the Hebrew language, by Prof. Ernest Klein) is the absolute best English-Hebrew Dictionary, but, for some reason they won't sell it outside of Israel. (Don't know why.) So, the Alcalay, though considerably more inferior, is probably the best you can get elsewhere.

Kol ha-kavodכל הכבוד on your determination to make תורה your life practice and your Illuminating Torch. Keep up the good work.
